Treehotel - Harads

This special property offers a unique stay among the trees of Harads’s forests. It blends cutting-edge architecture and design with home comforts like teacoffee makers and free WiFi.

Treehotel’s eco-friendly rooms feature large beds as well as stylish, up-to-date décor and furniture. Naturally,rooms offer views of the forest and surrounding countryside. Each has a toilet and washbasin, while showers are found in a neighbouring building.

The kitchen team at Treehotel focuses on wild game and locally sourced ingredients in its dishes. The hotel sauna and hot tub can be used for an additional fee.

Plenty of activities can be organised by Treehotel upon request. In the summer, guests can enjoy hiking, kayaking or explore the surroundings on fat bikes. Guests can also enjoy tree dining, a unique experiencedinner is served at 10 meters, high up in a tree.

Activities such as dog sledding, snowmobiling, ice fishing and snowshoeing are possible in the winter season.

Boden is a 40-minute drive away, while the coastal city of Luleå is an hour’s journey from Treehotel. The nearest shops and swimming pool are 2 km away in Harads village.

The hotel day starts from hour 16:00 and ends at 11:00.

The Mirrorcube. This room’s mirrored-glass exterior reflects the scenery around it, providing a little camouflage and the chance to get closer to nature. Along with the rooftop terrace, this makes for amazing 360-degree views of the forest and countryside. Access is via a rope bridge. ;
The Blue Cone. Standing on 3 legs, this traditional wooden cabin structure has a large bathroom, a loft and a small bridge that leads to the hillside behind. Please note that there is no space for extra beds. ;
The Cabin. This futuristic-style cabin is made from specially engineered materials and sits high up in the trees. It offers excellent views of the Lule River, and access is via a footbridge. ;
The Birds Nest. With its exterior façade of clustered branches, this bird’s nest-style room perfectly complements the natural surroundings. Sleeping and living quarters are separated by sliding doors, and general access is via a retractable staircase. Please note that there is no space for extra beds. ;
The Ufo. This oval spaceship-style room features classic porthole windows and a comfortable living space with separate levels. Please note that there is no space for extra beds. ;
The Dragonfly. A 15 metres long ramp leads up to the Dragonfly, which features panoramic views of the valley. This spacious and unique cabin features wooden interiors and an exterior made out of sheet metal, blendingthe forest. There is also a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. ;
7th Room. Guests will have a special experience as the family room offers a fireplace. The spacious family room provides air conditioning, a private entrance, a balcony with mountain views as well as a private bathroom featuring a shower. The unit offers 4 beds. ;
