In Gothia Towers three glittering towers, Gothia Towers & Upper House offer tastefully decorated rooms in two hotel concepts, with everything from affordable standard rooms at Gothia Towers & Upper House to the more extravagant kind at Upper House. Choose something that fits regardless of whether you are traveling on business, with family & friends or want to surprise someone with a luxurious hotel weekend.

In the hotel complex, you will find not just one, but as many as four restaurants that serve a wide variation of fantastic food and beverages. The restaurants offer everything from take away sandwiches, à la carte and multi-course menus. Here, in other words, you can enjoy both breakfast and coffee as well as lunch and dinner. There are also several bars, including a sky bar on the 23rd floor with a panoramic view of the city.

On the fourth floor there is a well-equipped gym for those who want to work out during their stay at the hotel. If you would rather relax and get your heart rate down, you are welcome to the exclusive spa at Upper House, located on floors 18–20. Spa offers sauna, steam room, outdoor hot tub, indoor games and Turkish hammam. You can also book a nice massage, a facial treatment, a body scrub or go to a relaxing yoga session.
If you book a room at Upper House, entrance to the spa is included. If you book a room at Gothia Towers, you can book spa entrance according to availability with an additional fee

If you are looking for premises for large conferences, international gatherings, banquets, fairs, smaller meetings or really any type of event, Gothia Towers & Upper House is guaranteed to have something to suit. Here there are premises and rooms for at least one up to almost nine thousand participants.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

If you book a room at Gothia Towers, you can book spa entrance according to availability with an additional fee.

The age limit to visit the Upper House Spa is 18 years, or 15 years if accompanied by legal guardian.

Junior Suite - Gothia Towers (min 25 years of age acceptable). Located on the higher floors, this suite features impressive city views. It has a separate bedroom and living room, plus bathrobes, slippers and free movies. Also offers a VIP breakfast on the 29th floor. Please note that guests must be a minimum age of 25 to stay in this room type. ;
Twin Room with Extra Bed - Gothia Towers. Offers teacoffee facilities, a minibar and multi-channel TV options. Please note that 1 guest is accommodated on a fold-out chair bed. ;
Standard Room with Sofa Bed - Gothia Towers (max 2 Adults + 2 Children up to 12 years old). This family room features a minibar, wooden floors and teacoffee making facilities. Two children of 12 years and under can be accommodated in this room. Please let the hotel know how many children will be staying and note their age in the Special Requests box when booking. ;
